SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
We currently ship within South Africa only.

Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over R1000 as displayed at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the courier's website.

DELAYS
Novalite Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
