RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every product you receive from Novalite Beauty. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, email us at support@novalitebeauty.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@novalitebeauty.co.za with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve this at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
