Dates on Korean skincare are written in YYYY.MM.DD format. Look for MFG (manufacturing date) and EXP (expiry date). Most unopened products last 30 months. Once opened, check the small open-jar icon on the packaging (e.g. 12M) — this tells you how many months the product is safe to use after opening.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?
While courier delays occasionally happen due to high volume or unforeseen logistics issues, we've got you covered. If your parcel is outside its delivery window, please reach out to us—we will actively track it down and work with the courier to get it resolved.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, unsealed, or used skincare products unless the product is proven faulty, defective, or sent in error. If you receive an incorrect or unopened item and wish to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If an item arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
